Henry F. Lange

President & Chief Executive Officer

Henry Lange founded FITS Consulting in 1991. Henry understands clients’ business needs and provides guidance to solve complex issues, having over thirty years of financial services consulting experience. The firm’s strategic vision is driven through his hands-on counsel. Under his leadership, FITS consultants provide a high level of service which creates the foundation for strong client partnerships. Henry is active in industry groups, manages relationships with software vendors and clients, leads implementations, self-clearing engagements, CMA, DTC, FINRA, and OCC application oversight, and provides expert testimony for complex liquidation matters.

Kathleen A. Moore

Chief Financial Officer & Partner

Kathleen Moore joined FITS in 1995, as a consultant to global clients in derivatives, conversions, and compliance related projects. After becoming a FITS Consulting Partner in 1999, Kathy strategically created the firm’s corporate infrastructure. She manages the firm’s finances, day-to-day operations, negotiates contracts, oversees staffing, builds client relationships, and manages government engagements. Kathy is an active participant in industry conferences and issues affecting clients.

Scott Hargrove

Executive Vice President

Scott Hargrove is an Executive Vice President with FITS Consulting. Possessing over 30 years of experience in financial services, Scott has worked and consulted in all facets of the financial services industry, including senior executive management at several firms. Scott specializes in complex transformation programs including self-clearing assessment and execution, compliance, technology, problem solving, and strategic planning. Scott manages client engagements, and is integral to the strategic direction of sales and service offerings.
